Surely you know there's no way to be 100% protected from STDs. It's Risk versus Reward. I don't understand the logic behind risking A lifetime of an STD for A few minutes to a few hours of sex. It doesn't seem.... logically sound to me. I'd assume that STDs are sex negative.
It is definitely true that STDs are a possibility whenever you make the choice to have intimate contact with someone else. That being said, with proper preventative measures (read: condoms and/or dental dams) the rate of STD transmission drops dramatically. Other than the issue of STDs, though, your post had this holier-than-thou slut shaming feeling to it, whereas normally I read your posts and applaud your open-mindedness and tolerance.
